About Radhvé

Radhvé is a premium Ayurvedic hair care brand, MSME registered, manufacturing through certified third-party WHO-GMP facilities. All products are formulated in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Cosmetics Rules, 2020.

Product Information & Claims

Radhvé products are formulated using traditional Ayurvedic ingredients and are intended for cosmetic use only. We do not claim that our products treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Descriptions referencing Ayurvedic tradition are for educational and cultural context.

Orders & Payment

All orders placed on radhve.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

E-Gift Cards & Gift Card Balance

Radhvé e-gift cards are available in values of ₹1,000, ₹2,000 and ₹3,000. The following terms apply to every e-gift card bought on radhve.com:

• Buying. E-gift cards can only be paid for online. Cash on Delivery is not available, and coupon codes or gift card balance cannot be used to buy an e-gift card.
• Delivery. After your payment is successful, the e-gift card and its unique code are emailed to the recipient, with a copy to the buyer. Please make sure the recipient’s email address is correct. We are not responsible for a code sent to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.
• Using a gift card. A Radhvé account is needed to use an e-gift card. The code can be added once, to one account only, either at checkout or from My Account → Gift Card Balance. When it is added, the full value of the card becomes gift card balance in that account.
• Gift card balance. Gift card balance is applied automatically at checkout and can be switched off for any order. If an order costs less than the balance, the amount left over stays in the account. If an order costs more, the rest can be paid by any available payment method.
• Validity. Each e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in the gift card email and in My Account. Any balance from a card that is not used by its expiry date will lapse and cannot be reinstated or extended. Where you have balance from more than one card, the balance that expires soonest is used first.
• No cash value. E-gift cards and gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to a bank account or card, transferred to another account once added, or resold.
• Cancelled or refunded orders. If an order paid fully or partly with gift card balance is cancelled, the gift card portion is returned to the same account as gift card balance, keeping its original expiry date. If such an order is refunded in full or in part, the refund first goes back to the card, UPI or other payment method used, up to the amount paid that way, and any remaining refund amount is returned as gift card balance with its original expiry date, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
• Keep your code safe. Treat your gift card code like cash. Radhvé is not responsible for the loss, theft or unauthorised use of a code that has been shared or lost. If you think your code has been misused, contact us as soon as possible.
• Fraud. Radhvé may cancel or block an e-gift card or gift card balance that has been obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

We may update these e-gift card terms from time to time. Changes will not reduce the value or validity of e-gift cards already issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Radhvé name, logo, product formulations, photography, and written content — is the property of Radhvé and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Radhvé shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We recommend a patch test before first use of any topical product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jorhat, Assam.
