Our 30-Day Promise
If you are not satisfied with your first Radhvé purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us at hello@radhve.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, opened items can only be returned if defective. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
