Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, once a product’s packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund. Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards are not eligible for return or refund once the code has been issued. If the gift card email was sent to a wrong address because of a typing error, contact us at contact@radhve.com with your order number. If the code has not yet been used, we can cancel it and send a new code to the correct email address.

Orders Paid with Gift Card Balance

If an order paid fully or partly with gift card balance is refunded, in full or in part, the refund first goes back to the amount you paid by card, UPI or another payment method, up to the amount you paid that way. Any remaining refund amount is returned to your Radhvé account as gift card balance, with its original expiry date. For example, if you paid ₹675 by UPI and ₹1,000 with gift card balance, and ₹716 is refunded, ₹675 goes back to your UPI account and ₹41 to your gift card balance. Gift card balance is never paid out in cash or to a bank account. If a whole order is cancelled, the full gift card amount used on it is returned to your balance.
