Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, once a product’s packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund. Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
