Is Radhvé suitable for all hair types?

Yes. Our Ayurvedic formulations are designed to work across hair types. We recommend taking our Hair Dosha assessment on The Ritual page to find the ideal routine for your specific hair constitution — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.

Are Radhvé products safe for colour-treated hair?

Yes. Our formulations are gentle and free from parabens, silicones, and mineral oil. Many customers with coloured hair report improved shine and reduced fading.

How soon will I see results?

Ayurvedic Rasayana formulations work with your body’s natural rhythm rather than against it. Most customers notice improved scalp health within 2–3 weeks, with visible hair strength and shine improvements by 6–8 weeks of consistent weekly use.

Can I use the Keshya Rasayana Tailam and Keshvara Hair Wellness Tablets together?

Absolutely — they are designed to complement each other. Keshya Rasayana Tailam works on the scalp, while Keshvara Hair Wellness Tablets support hair wellness from within. Together, they form the complete Radhvé Rasayana system.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. Radhvé is committed to cruelty-free formulation and testing practices.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

Our hero botanicals are classical Ayurvedic herbs, chosen for quality and for their long place in traditional Ayurvedic texts. You can read about each one on our Ingredients page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Do you have e-gift cards?

Yes. Radhvé e-gift cards are available for ₹1,000, ₹2,000 and ₹3,000. You add the recipient’s name, email and a message, and we email the card to them as soon as your payment is successful. You can find it on our shop page.

How do I use a Radhvé e-gift card?

Log in or create your Radhvé account, then enter the code in the coupon box at checkout, or under My Account → Gift Card Balance. The full value is added to your account and used automatically on your orders.

What happens if I don’t use the full amount?

Whatever you don’t spend stays in your account as gift card balance. It is used on your next order and remains available until the expiry date of that gift card.

How long is an e-gift card valid?

12 months from the date it was bought. You can see the expiry date in the gift card email and in My Account → Gift Card Balance. Any balance left after that date expires.

Can I pay for an e-gift card with Cash on Delivery?

No. E-gift cards can only be paid for online, so the code can be sent straight away. Coupon codes and gift card balance also cannot be used to buy an e-gift card.
