Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Radhvé (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit radhve.com or purchase our products, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information We Collect

When you browse our site, place an order, take our Hair Dosha quiz, or subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment information (processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card details). If you create an account, we keep your order history and, if you use e-gift cards, your gift card balance, its expiry dates and a history of how it was added and used. If you buy an e-gift card for someone else, we also collect the recipient’s name and email address and your personal message, so that we can deliver the gift card. Please only share a recipient’s details if you are comfortable that they would be happy to receive the gift.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify Cash on Delivery orders by phone (via Fast2SMS), communicate order updates, respond to enquiries, send e-gift cards to the people you choose and manage gift card balances, send newsletters (only if you opt in), and improve our products and website experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your cart, preferences, and improve site performance. When you first visit radhve.com, you’ll see a cookie consent banner where you can accept or customise which types of cookies you allow. For full details on the specific cookies we use and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including:

• Razorpay — secure payment processing
• Shiprocket — order fulfilment and shipping logistics
• Fast2SMS — mobile verification for Cash on Delivery orders
• Google Analytics / Google Search Console — website traffic and performance analytics
• CookieYes — cookie consent management

These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@radhve.com. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in every email we send, and manage your cookie preferences at any time via the consent settings link in our website footer.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order and gift card records for as long as your account is active, for as long as any gift card balance remains valid, and for as long as we are required to by law for tax and accounting purposes. E-gift card recipient details are used only to deliver the gift card and are kept with the related order record.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
